Corporate Service Supply and Manufacturing is an FAA/EASA certified Part 145 accessory shop that specializes in the testing, repair and overhaul of aircraft accessories. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for increasing CSSM revenue opportunities through the following activities:  making outbound sales calls both over the phone and in-person visits, maintaining up-to-date customer data through an internal CRM system, coordinating marketing campaigns including mailers, e-mail campaigns, trade shows, and sponsorships, execution of digital marketing including social media for all CSSM accounts, reporting sales activities and opportunities to CSSM management.

Job Summary:

The flight coordinator serves as the central point of contact between Journey Aviation's flight crews and maintenance. This is a full-time position at Journey Aviation’s headquarters in Boca Raton FL. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Flight Coordinator responsibilities include: generate trip itineraries, research fuel pricing, arranging customs on international trips, manage aircraft/crew scheduling. 
• Guarantee that each flight can be safely conducted and that all activities are in compliance with FAA and company operations specifications. 
• Coordinate, schedule and plan all flights as to allow the efficient use of the aircraft and minimize the number of empty repositioning flights.   
• Heavy telephone interface with clients and industry contacts. 
• Maintain existing customer relationships.

• Customer service roles include: arranging customer/crew catering and transportation needs, and active customer flight following.

90% of our flying is during the day and 100% of it is flying with awesome team members helping you create a WOW customer service experience for your passengers.  Our fleet consists of jet aircraft meticulously maintained by our own FAA Part 145 maintenance company.

Our average duty day is 8 hours, average number of hours flown monthly is 50, and average days of flying per month is 15.  However, for those that want more flight time, 70-80 hours per month is possible.

We will train and type successful candidates.  Opportunity exists for upgrade to captain as soon as your peers deem you ready.  Our co-pilots are mentored by our captains on a continual basis to prepare for captain upgrade.  Our IOE program and Captain's Board each provide continual mentoring and feedback loops to our co-pilots to ensure they have a successful upgrade. As an SIC, you will fly – A LOT!  And, you will continually be trained for that day when you upgrade to captain.  Our SICs are type-rated by Desert Jet, which means you gain valuable PIC experience on empty legs, when your captains deem you ready for the experience.

·         Liaise  with  passengers  or  aircraft  owner,  when  an  aircraft  defect  or  other operational issue may affect the aircrafts schedule;

·         Be responsible for the aircraft IAW EJME COM / POM, depending on aircraft registry, including but not limited to; Operations, FDP and Safety;

·         Ensure that the aircraft is operated i.a.w. EJME COM or POM, depending on aircraft registry, including SOP’s;

·         Be familiar with EJME COM / POM, company OI's and Civil Aviation regulations for which the aircraft is registered, and operate accordingly;

·         Is responsible for all decisions made on board the aircraft; aircraft paperwork is in order before departure; aircraft is airworthy before departure;
