Comair Flight Services Adds 11th PC-12 to Its Charter Fleet

In May 2018, Comair Flight Services (CFS) accepted delivery of a brand new Pilatus PC-12 NG from the factory on behalf of one of its clients and ferried it to its new home in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The ferry flight was a total of 23.2 hours taking the aircraft from the factory in Stans, Switzerland to Johannesburg via Heraklion (Crete), Cairo & Luxor (Egypt), Khartoum (Sudan), Kilimanjaro (Tanzania) and Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe).

CFS operates five Legacy PC-12’s (of which three have already undergone avionics modernisation upgrades) and six PC-12 NG’s, making the latest addition CFS’s eleventh PC-12 being operatedon charter. We have PC-12’s based in Johannesburg (both OR Tambo and Lanseria International), Cape Town and Kimberley.
