Penny Stephens, CEO of Inflite The Jet Centre and vocal proponent of business aviation, was heralded yesterday by the British Business Aviation Association (BBGA) as the recipient of its prestigious Michael Wheatley Award for Outstanding Services to the general aviation industry.
