Jeffrey C. Lowe, the former Chief Executive Officer of Asian Sky Group and Asian Sky Media, has been appointed Vice Chairman of Avion Pacific Group effective immediately. In his role as Vice Chairman, Lowe will assist the Group with expanding its presence in the North American market, assessing growth opportunities and partnership/investment opportunities.
