The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 signed by the President late last week supports general aviation’s progress toward a lead-free future. The legislation includes $10 million for additional fuel testing and evaluation to assist the collaborative industry-government effort to move general aviation to a fleetwide drop-in, lead-free fuel solution no later than 2030.
