Priester Aviation has agreed to acquire Mayo Aviation, a similarly customer-focused, family-led private aviation company. Bill Mayo will continue to be an integral part of Mayo Aviation, championing relationships and continuing in a leadership role after the acquisition, which is expected to be completed early fall.
