ProAir Group Increases Fleet and Appoints New Management at ProAir Aviation GmbH With New Location in Wildau

Brand new ProAir Phenom 300E: D-CNOW and D-CIKS

New office of ProAir Aviation GmbH in Wildau at Berlin Airport

Stefan Wuske and Michael Reisenleutner now lead the expansion of the aviation company within the ProAir Group as Managing Director and Accountable Manager. In the course of the change in management and additional increase in personnel at ProAir Aviation GmbH, the business premises were moved from Leipzig to Wildau at Berlin Airport.

The ProAir Group is a group of companies founded by Thomas Godau and Elmar Monreal, consisting of ProAir-Charter-Transport GmbH founded in 1996 and ProAir Aviation GmbH, founded in 2007: an independent aviation company licensed by the German Federal Aviation Authority.

ProAir-Charter-Transport GmbH is an airline broker that organizes the transport of passengers and cargo by chartering aircraft from third-party aircraft operators and acting as an agent on behalf and for the account of the customers. As an aviation company, ProAir Aviation GmbH is the logical extension to operate aircraft commercially, including all comprehensive tasks such as flight and crew planning, maintenance and insurance.

In recent years, the requirements of the aviation authorities, the complexity in terms of technology, crews and qualification of ground staff have constantly increased. The ProAir Group is responding to these changes through its new structure, the expansion and continuous training of its staff and strategic cooperation with experts and specialist companies. ProAir customers continue to benefit from a bundling of expertise as well as an established aviation company that is constantly improving.

Especially against the background of economic challenges due to rising costs in almost all areas (fuel, handling, proceedings, maintenance and financing), the ProAir Group offers attractive cost models for aircraft owners due to its broad positioning.

"Therefore, the owner company of Northwings GmbH, with currently two brand-new Phenom 300E, as well as further aircraft in the pipeline, will transfer the overall responsibility of flight operations to the ProAir Group and will pursue the further development of the company together with ProAir", says René Strothmann.
