Four Corners Aviation Continues Strategic Growth

Four Corners Aviation has expanded its leadership team as it marks the six-month milestone of the unveiling of its revolutionary Corporate Jet as a Service (CJaaS) solution. The product, known as Freedom™, offers business aviation users an entirely new way to access corporate jets.

As Four Corners Aviation has gained customer acceptance, it has realigned its leadership team to better support growth. Cameron Gowans has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer, a position he holds along with his role as President. He had been serving as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This strategic shift will allow Gowans to focus more on corporate marketing initiatives, sales and customer service as Freedom gains traction and the company grows its customer base. Gowans has over 30 years’ experience in the aviation industry.

Assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer is Jamie Buff, who has been in the aviation industry for over 25 years. He moves to Four Corners Aviation from sister company Mente Group, where he served as Director of Technical Services. Prior to Mente Group, Buff worked in several corporate flight departments, including Coca-Cola and Nike. He also worked at Cessna Aircraft Company as an Airframe & Powerplant Technician. Buff began his career in the United States Air Force as a B-52H Bomber Dedicated Crew Chief.

Four Corners Aviation leadership also includes senior executives for Client Services, Operations, Sales, and Safety and Security.  The team is well-versed in operations, financial management, aircraft sales and acquisitions and flight department management. This expertise, coupled with the leadership depth of Aquila Aviation Ventures and access to the capabilities of sister company Mente Group, allows Four Corners to effectively work with companies and high net worth individuals to find the right solution to meet their individual needs.
