Four Corners Aviation Acquires UltraAir

Four Corners Aviation recently acquired charter and aircraft management company UltraAir. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, UltraAir operates a diverse fleet of aircraft, offering personalized travel solutions for customers.

UltraAir was founded in 2002 with the commitment to provide professional and efficient air transportation tailored to customer needs. For 20 years, the company has served customers through aircraft charter and management, as well as aircraft sales, while always conducting operations at the highest possible standards. Over time, UltraAir will be operationally folded into Four Corners Aviation. A corporate presence, including a fleet of aircraft, will continue to be maintained in Omaha.

The team at Four Corners Aviation is well-versed in operations, financial management, aircraft sales and acquisitions and flight department management. This expertise, coupled with the leadership depth of Aquila Aviation Ventures and access to the capabilities of sister company Mente Group, allows Four Corners to effectively collaborate with companies and high net worth individuals to find the right solution to meet their individual needs.

Four Corners Aviation offers a comprehensive suite of solutions for private aviation users. The company’s flagship product, known as Freedom™, is its Corporate Jet as a Service (CJaaS) solution. Freedom enables business jet users to have the flexibility and all the other benefits of whole aircraft ownership without the administrative hassles, responsibilities, and expense. The company also offers jet card solutions, including its unique Insight Card, and aircraft management. Four Corners Aviation, headquartered in Frisco, Texas, was formed in October 2021 through a partnership between Mente Group and Aquila Aviation Ventures. Mente Group, a business aircraft brokerage and consultancy firm, and Four Corners Aviation are both holdings of Aquila Aviation Ventures. For more information, please visit fourcornersaviation.com
