Charter Spotlight: Eleven Aviation

Air Charter Guide recently spoke with Eleven Aviation, an air charter operator based in the Pacific Northwest. Their mission is to exceed the highest standards in private aviation, ensuring every interaction reflects their dedication to excellent service.

1) Charter travelers tips and know-how – how do you guide a customer through the process?

We understand that looking for the right fit in a jet charter can be a hassle. Our goal is to simplify the process for our clients by being completely transparent in our process and pricing. From the first contact until the end of their journey, we want our clients to feel the ease and luxury of flying private. We strive to become their one point of contact for chartering in the Pacific Northwest. Our approach is customized to each client's needs, whether they are experienced flyers or are new to the aviation industry.

2) How would you describe your fleet or flagship aircraft?

Unlike most, our fleet is literally one of a kind. All of our aircraft have customized interiors and exteriors to express the personality of their owners - one of them was featured in the Duncan Aviation Debrief Magazine. From mid-size to heavy aircraft (we are onboarding our first heavy at the beginning of April), our fleet will be mission-ready for most trips.

3) What does the future look like for your company?

Our future is bright with possibility. As a newly established company run by aviation veterans, we bring many decades of experience to an industry ready for something new. We are proud and optimistic about the unique jet charter experience we’re developing and what that will mean for the PNW aviation community.

4) How did you get into aviation?

Eleven Aviation came together because we wanted to create something unparalleled in the PNW, a jet charter experience unlike any other. Each team member uniquely shares an intense passion for aviation, born from our individual journeys into the industry. Our drive to share this passion with customers led to Eleven Aviation.

5) What is your most popular itinerary/destination?

There are so many amazing places a private jet can take you! During the winter, we have clients who want to chase the snow, so we recommend Sun Valley, ID or various hot spots in Canada. On the other end of the spectrum, if you’re looking for fun and sun, Southern California and Mexico are the go-to destinations! Of course, we’re always eager to go further and farther. We love taking clients to tropical Pacific islands or over to the East Coast for a big-city getaway.

6) Fun stories or narratives to share:

The best part of charter is the client-operator relationship. It's such a wonderful feeling when a client you work with sees you and your pilots and knows all of you by name. We're fortunate to have many clients like that. One client, in particular, was so excited to meet the face behind the name that he jumped with excitement and enthusiastically called his wife over to introduce us. The excitement was mutual!
