1) Charter travelers tips and know-how – how do you guide a customer through the process?
We always recommend reliable aircraft and operators to our clients. Reliability means the newest or newly refurbished aircraft, quality service, experienced crew, etc.
2) What does the future look like for your company?
We learn every day about the best new updates, features and services for our clients. No doubt, we are confident about our future business. There is always business in the market, and it’s our job to find the right people to serve them.
3) How did you get into aviation?
Aviation is a dedicated and passionate industry. People survive in this industry only through hard work and deep knowledge.
4) What is the hidden gem destination city you would recommend for charter travelers
This absolutely depends on the travelers. Most VIP travelers come to us with a destination already in mind, and we arrange their travel accordingly. European destinations such as Croatia, Italy, Spain are among our top suggestions. We also find destinations on different continents where the private jet can only operate.
5) What is the must-see attraction you recommend?
There are so many attractions! In Bahrain, a favorite choice is underwater diving through aircraft in the sea. Al Ula, Saudi Arabia is becoming a busy destination. Croatia, Spain, Italy, Norway, India - especially the Taj Mahal, as well as many other hidden places in India - Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Caribbean Islands, Indonesia, Bali, Maldives, Vietnam, Georgia, Azerbaijan, etc… many more.

8) What is your #1 travel tip for charter travelers?
When selecting a charter company, ensure they are legal and they follow business ethics in compliance with aviation rules. It is very important to make sure they are a member of any globally recognized association. Because, while travelers are spending their valuable money and time, its their right to have the proper service rather than focusing on chartering cheaper aircraft.
