Broker Spotlight: Eagle Wings Airlines

Recently Air Charter Journal interviewed EWA - Eagle Wings Airlines, a family-run business of executive jet charter brokers. They provide clients with private aviation solutions both domestically and around the globe. They specialize in introducing private air charter to emerging and established businesses, from small to large corporations.
1) What sets your company apart from the competition?
We are honored to work alongside some of the greatest brokerages and operators in the industry. At EWA, we do everything in our power to get our clients what they need. We are hands-on with our clients 24 hours a day, no matter where our clients are located or traveling, and that has been a critical factor in our client relationships for over a decade.
2) How would you describe your fleet or flagship aircraft?
Although we do not own or manage any aircraft, we utilize a large range of jets to get the mission done for our clients. Our personal favorite, especially when traveling in the Domestic US or to the Islands, is the Legacy 600/650. It has the range, low cost, and yes, you can bring those extra five bags.
3) What does the future look like for you?
We are always expanding into new markets and new opportunities, as well as investing in technology to make the experience just a bit better for both our in-house teams and our clients.
4) How did you get into aviation?
EWA is a family-run business. We have been in aviation for almost four decades and in the charter world for the last 12 years.
5) What is your preferred itinerary/destination?
New York to Tokyo makes for a fun day at the office, but a Teterboro to Van Nuys trip is always nice to have on your calendar.
6) Do you specialize in ambulance or cargo?
We do have teams in our company that specialize in Cargo, Air Medical. We are honored to have a part in the Organ transplant transportation industry.
7) In summary:
We have good days and better days, and we love what we do. Every day is an experience, being out there helping our clients, families, companies get where they need to be in safety, comfort and, of course, style.
