Organized under the event’s co-chairs – Business Aviation Management Committee volunteers Dave Salvador, with Gogo Business Aviation, and Brad Self, CAM, with VF Corp. – this year’s event featured the conference’s most compelling speaker lineup to date.

The highly successful Leadership Conference comes on the heels of NBAA’s standout opening event for 2022, a Regional Forum held Feb. 2 at Miami-Opa locka Executive Airport (OPF), which drew nearly 2,500 attendees and featured a sold-out exhibit floor, along with 16 aircraft on display, a slate of education sessions, a focus on the future workforce and more.
NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen said the back-to-back successes of the Regional Forum and Leadership Conference point to similar results for the association’s forthcoming events. “This is an extraordinary and exciting time for our industry,” Bolen said. “The energy and enthusiasm at the Regional Forum, and again this week at our Leadership Conference, has been off the charts. This bodes extremely well for our upcoming events, including the 2022 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2022), which is shaping up to be a great show.”
