Vista Global is Acquiring Apollo Jets

Apollo Jets is being acquired by Vista Global, a world leader in private flight solutions.

Thomas Flohr, the Founder and Chairman of Vista Global announces “Apollo will be integrated as a division of XO, Vista Global's digital brand, and the addition of its globally renowned client executives will further help the brand's new and existing clients.”

Al Palagonia CEO, Apollo Jets says: “As a result of this acquisition, Apollo Jets will be able to provide even more value to our clients through better fleet access and innovative flight programs.”

The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
