Straight Flight Welcomes Sean Sarsfield as Aircraft Estimator-Coordinator

Straight Flight, FAA/EASA Certified aircraft repair, maintenance, inspection, and modification services provider, announces the recent hire of Sean Sarsfield as Estimator/Coordinator.

Sean, a Colorado native and graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, has extensive and detailed aircraft maintenance experience and will support Straight Flight’s continued aircraft services coordination, quoting process and customer interaction. 

With over 22 years’ service in military aviation, Sean received a commission in the U.S. Air Force in 2000, serving as an aircraft maintenance officer on the B-52H Stratofortress and F-15E Strike Eagle.  After attaining a Master of Aeronautical Science Degree in 2006, Sean retrained as an Aircrew Human Performance Training Officer and focused the remainder of his U.S.

Air Force tenure training aviation safety principles, risk management and human performance optimization to aircrew and groundcrew. Sean has extensive hands-on experience with airframe, aviation tactics, mishap investigation, and has accrued over 140 flight hours in multiple aircraft platforms. Sean holds an instrument-rate private pilot’s license with experience in the Cessna 172, Diamond DA20 and Vans RV-12.
