Servy Continues Global Expansion into Canada

Servy, the enterprise self-service platform for hospitality, has launched its first airport program in Canada at YUL Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. The new partnership sees the launch of mobile ordering via the Grab Airport Marketplace and marks Servy’s entry into 13 countries, spanning Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

The platform, which launched this month, is present in nine restaurants across the airport, including Archibald Microbrasserie, UBar and Pork & Pickle. In the longer term, it is expected that 40 stores within the airport will be a part of the lineup.

The Grab Airport Marketplace gives travelers the option to order food and beverages from their own device, making the airport experience safer and more convenient by reducing touchpoints. As air travel restrictions continue to be lifted and passengers take to the skies, there is an increased demand for convenience and safety at the airport, both of which are provided via the Servy platform.

The program is offered in both English and French, making it the first multilingual Grab Airport Marketplace launching this year.
