GrandView Aviation’s Jessica Naor Joins the ACSF Board of Governors

The Air Charter Safety Foundation is pleased to announce the election of Jessica Naor to its Board of Governors. Naor is the Chief Operating Officer of GrandView Aviation, which is headquartered in Middle River, Maryland, just outside of Baltimore. In her new position, Naor will join her fellow board members to help guide the rapidly expanding ACSF organization in pursuit of its expanding goals.

Naor has been employed at GrandView Aviation since 2009, beginning as a Charter Sales Representative and working her way up to her current position as its COO. She has played a pivotal role in building the company from a small, regional operation to a nationally based charter operator with a reputation for excellence in safety and quality assurance.

Naor earned an associate’s degree in Air Traffic Control (Summa Cum Laude), from CCBC Catonsville, followed by a BA in Aviation Business Administration (Cum Laude) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She went on to earn an MBA in Management & Finance from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. She currently is a member of the FAA’s Duty & Rest rulemaking committee, responsible for recommending regulatory changes to the agency on behalf of industry. She also serves as Assistant Chair for the National Air Transport Association’s 135 Charter Committee, and was recently honored as a “Top 40 Under 40” by the National Business Aviation Association.
