ARGUS Recieves ISO Certification

ARGUS International Inc. has received ISO 27001:2013 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS), the aviation audit provider says.

The accreditation came from the International Standards Organization for meeting the ISMS standard.

“Protecting our customers’ information is a top priority for us, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly,” ARGUS International CEO and president Joe Moeggenberg says. “This certification offers us an opportunity to demonstrate how much we value customer information and the extensive security precautions we exercise to protect user data.”

The certification, according to an announcement from ARGUS, applies to:     

• The confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets and support service lines related to market intelligence and data research.       
• The design and supporting process pertaining to the development of software as a service for the aviation industry Safety Management System (SMS).
• Flight tracking, ratings, and charter due diligence systems.
