Clay Lacy Recognized as LA-Area ‘Friendly Flyer’ for Seventh Consecutive Year

Last Thursday, Clay Lacy Aviation received the “Friendly Flyer” award for the seventh consecutive year for complying with the Quiet Departure Program, Los Angeles World Airports’ voluntary noise reduction initiative.

LAWA, which oversees Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport, recognized Clay Lacy Aviation with the award.

“I congratulate Clay Lacy on their seventh consecutive Friendly Flyer Award,” Van Nuys Airport manager Flora Margheritis said. “I am grateful to Clay Lacy and all this year’s winners for their continuing efforts to make Van Nuys Airport a great neighbor in the San Fernando Valley.”

The award winners were celebrated at Airtel Plaza Hotel on June 13.
