ARGUS is currently seeking a Full Time Program Manager, Helicopter Aviation & UAS Services to join our team. This position will work at our Greenwood Village, CO location. The Helicopter Aviation Services Program Manager (PM) is responsible for developing and managing the production and support of program deliverables as well as fulfilling requirements as requested by the customer or as assigned by the department head. Additionally, the PM is responsible for assuring a high level of customer service and support and serves as the primary customer point of contact for PRISM SMS Subscription services. Will proactively communicate and work directly with customers to drive satisfaction with all facets of service and products. This responsibility includes collaborating internally with IT, Sales, and Marketing personnel to achieve customer and company goals. PM is accountable for the coordination of current and historical materials on the program’s website and in the virtual working space. The PM’s duties also include supporting the company's overall strategy and goals in a manner as assigned by the department head.
Individual responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Develop and support safety, quality, security, or environmental systems for helicopter operators, unmanned aerial system (UAS) operators and business aviation operators to meet applicable regulatory and other requirements
Provide customers with technical and SMS subject matter expert (SME) support in the PRISM SMS subscription tools
Participate and collaborate with the product team in the ongoing development and maintenance of the PRISM SMS tools website
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in order to enhance their trust in PRISM as a neutral third party who provides value to their business
Monitor, participate, and occasionally present in appropriate industry organization events such as HAI, USHST, APSA, etc.
Write articles for the monthly newsletter
Administer online safety culture surveys for customers
Perform aviation safety related research briefs as directed by the Department Head or requested by the customer
Organize and maintain current and historical work files in a shared virtual space
Assist ARGUS sales department with on-line product demonstrations to prospective customers as required
Coordinate with ARGUS marketing department to develop effective marketing materials
Provide onsite training at client locations as a custom project where needed
Develop strategies to deliver PRISM services that anticipate customer requirements
Initiate and promote the development of new products and services
Minimum requirements:
4-year BS/BA college degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3-5 years technical experience in Aviation Safety with an understanding of aircraft ground and flight operations. Helicopter pilot or mechanic qualification/certification a plus. UAS operations a plus.
Formal academic training and/or practical work experience in aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS), auditing, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and project management a plus.
Proficient use with all Microsoft Office computer programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher as well as safety database applications.
Comfortable with the use of web meetings for customer training.
Comfortable leading and speaking to groups of up to 20 people in a classroom setting
Customer service skills.
Adept verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and well organized.
Excellent working knowledge of internet and web-based applications.
