BACA Celebrates 70 Years
/BACA - The Air Charter Association is celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2019. CEO Dave Edwards and the BACA Council are coordinating a series of events to mark the occasion.
In addition to the Spring and Autumn lunches, a third 70th anniversary event is being planned for BACA members and will be held in London during the summer. More details will be announced in the near future.
BACA enjoyed a full house for the Best Practice training day held at the end of January. Future training days are being planned with the possibility of a session prior to the 70th Anniversary event.
BACA will once again be hosting ACE19, together with Stansted News and Biggin Hill Airport. This year the event takes place on September 17th and is already set to be the largest of its kind so far.
EBACE will be a major part of BACA’s plans for 2019 with an exhibition booth and the popular BACA networking reception at Mr Pickwick.
The Chairman’s Charity for the 70th anniversary year will once again be fly2help. BACA will be raising money for fly2help at all of its functions.
BACA will continue to represent the interests of its members through a full program of lobbying to governing bodies and authorities. With Brexit due on March 29th, the Association will be vigilant in ensuring members are informed of developments on all significant issues during the approach and aftermath of the deadline.
