ARGUS is currently seeking a Full Time Front-End Software Engineer to join our team. This position will work at our Denver, CO location. The Front-End Software Engineer brings a wide range and depth of developer experience to the organization. They are given responsibility for creating and updating documentation, coding and unit testing and supporting quality assurance with defect repairs. Additionally, they will take a lead role in working with the business owners of the various ARGUS business lines to define, design, develop and deploy the next generation of ARGUS products. They will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching other developers on their area of expertise and ensuring that other team members can support their code in their absence.
Individual responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- · Developing application front-ends with Angular 6+ and TypeScript
- · Working on a cross-functional team
- · Developing quality code and unit testing your code
- · Using secure, JSON-based REST APIs
- · Participation in code reviews
- · Performing other duties as directed
Minimum requirements:
- o 3+ years professional front end software development experience in a team environment
- o Solid understanding and experience Angular 6+ and TypeScript
- o Experienced with agile/scrum development processes and methodologies
- o Experience with version and source control, preferably Git, Github
- o Knowledge of design and UX principles for web-based interfaces
