ARGUS PROS is currently seeking a Full Time Audit Production Manager to join our team. This position will work at our Denver, CO location. ARGUS is an established company with an unparalleled client list and reputation. The perfect candidate will have the proven ability to work with the listed technologies in a team setting.
Position Summary: The Audit Production Manager manages audit production aspects of both the Business Aviation (BA) and Air Carrier (AC) audit programs, including, but not limited to the processing of audit reports, audit quality control and audit tracking. Additional duties include aviation research, operator analysis and technical support.
Responsibilities for the position will include, but not be limited to, the following:
 Manage the production of BA and AC audit reports, to include:
a. Processing of audit reports:
i. Maintains files of completed audits
ii. Tracks Audit Schedule and related actions, to include:
1. Auditor submission of audit reports
2. Compliance with audit program and customer required deadlines
3. Completion of QC process milestones
4. Identification of audit reports requiring additional handling
5. Track audit reports to closure
6. Communicates audit report status to internal customers (Sales), including Salesforce entries
7. Ensures all unnecessary documentation is destroyed after audit completion
iii. Format and edit audit reports
iv. Provides audit feedback to applicable program Director
b. Coordinate and manage Corrective Action Process for audit reports, to include:
i. Perform follow-up with Auditees and Auditors for Corrective Actions, to ensure corrective actions meet the requirements of the respective programs
c. Ensures submission of final audit reports to appropriate agencies (IBAC, FSF, IATA, etc)
 Provide support to audit programs:
a. Participate in the maintenance and development of audit tools to support audit processes
b. Monitor FSF, IBAC, ACSF, IATA for audit process changes
c. Participate in the development of revisions to organizational manuals/procedures
d. Coordinates with Director of Training and Audit Production on auditor performance issues
i. Develop and maintain audit report quality databases
e. Provides quality reviews of audit processes and products
f. Provides periodic status reports on each audit program
g. Coordinate and manage Technical Library/forms/documents distribution and maintenance
 Conduct Operator research, to include:
a. Conduct internet and data research on various topics
b. Compile data from sources
c. Record results
 Maintains Auditor information, including:
a. Assists in maintaining auditor files and databases
b. Assists in tracking of auditor currency
c. Assists with maintenance of Auditor records
 General administrative and technical support duties.
d. Provide support/training, as needed, to ARGUS PROS and auditors
 Other duties, as assigned, by Director of Training and Audit Production
Minimum requirements:
 4-year college degree, or equivalent work experience
 Aviation experience preferred
 Experience in auditing and/or evaluation and assessment of aviation operations, and/or maintenance preferred
 Foreign language skills preferred
 Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe Acrobat
 Good working knowledge of internet and email usage
 Excellent communication and organizational skills
