PRISM (Professional Resources In System Management) LLC: PRISM, a wholly owned subsidiary of ARGUS International Inc., supports over 300 flight departments by supporting all aspects of aviation operations as well as the implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMSs). The position will support analytic processes within each of the PRISM Business Units. The ideal candidate is an individual having excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, an ability to work collaboratively and an interest in aviation safety.
ARGUS is currently seeking a Full-Time Aviation Services Associate to join our team. This position will work at our Denver, CO location.
Individual responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Q Develop and update safety research briefs and safety reports from industry aviation safety data
Q Provide analytic and technical writing support to PRISM consulting projects
Q Provide timely response to support inquiries via phone and email
Q Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards, regulatory governance and is appropriate for its intended audience
Q Compile analysis using spreadsheets and other software programs and methodologies commonly used throughout the aviation industry
Q Develop, analyze and evaluate metrics to assess efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance for safety programs and services
Q Facilitate project meetings and periodic reviews that involve a wide variety of stakeholders
Minimum requirements:
Q 4 Year College degree.
Q Excellent written and oral communication skills
Q Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving
Q Highly organized and strong ability to multi-task
Q Ability to display good judgment
Q Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Q Ability to follow through on tasks until completed
Q Ability to develop client relationships and find creative solutions
Q Excellent working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Publisher.
Q Capability to conduct complex data analysis and preparing presentations and documentations to communicate to senior management and executives
Q Desired: Knowledge of aviation Safety Management System (SMS), Safety Risk Management (SRM), or Safety Assurance (SA) processes
