Steve Kelly has been named Safety Director of Guardian Flight Inc..  Guardian Flight operates a fleet of approximately 85 fixed-and-rotor-wing aircraft dedicated to air medical flights in the Upper Midwest, Mountain West, Southwest, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Ilaria Iacobini of Universal Aviation and Kevin Ducksbury of Emerge Aviation have been elected to join the Council of BACA - The Air Charter Association.  BACA, the worldwide association of air charter professionals, is the world's largest air charter organization.

Frantisek Budin has been appointed Base Maintenance Manager of the newly opened maintenance service center in Riga of Jet Flight Service, the maintenance facility headquartered in Moscow.

Clive Prentice is now a Consultant for AVIAA, the expanding global group purchasing organization for business aircraft owners and operators.
