You are an experienced DOM with the ambition to have a greater impact on an organization. You have experience managing the maintenance of a fleet of aircraft and you are well-versed in the requirements of a charter operation involving the management of aircraft with 10 or more seats.  You know your way around a conformity inspection and can communicate effectively with FAA personnel to achieve desired results for both parties.  You have pride in your fleet and a proactive stance in ensuring your aircraft are dispatch-ready.  If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply for the Director of Maintenance position with Desert Jet.

Successful candidates for the position will hold the following qualifications;

  • Previous experience in Part 135 operations
  • Managerial experience
  • FAA airframe and powerplant (A&P) license

Preferred qualifications include;

  • NBAA Certified Aviation Manager status
