If that isn't exciting, I don't know what is. Our Aircraft Service Technicians or Line Service Technicians are the first point of contact for all scheduled and unscheduled aircraft that come through the facility. Technicians have the opportunity provide Desert Jet Center’s WOW experience for the customer. This is a fun, hands-on position.  If you are self-motivated and require minimal supervision, this may be the right fit for you. The position is based on an assigned shift.  Shifts assigned to employees could include evenings, weekends or scheduled company holidays.  The candidate that will be most happy in this position has a flexible attitude and won't mind staying after hours in case an aircraft has a change in schedule.  If you like meeting new people and would like to see aircraft up close and personal, this is the ideal position for you! Qualifications;

  • High School Diploma or GED required (1 year of aviation experience desired but not required).
  • Valid California Driver's License required with clean driving history.  Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

This is an entry-level position.  Starting pay is $12 per hour.

All Desert Jet employees live in the greater Palm Springs/Coachella Valley area.  Relocation assistance will be provided to qualified candidates.
