Priester Aviation | Flight Logistics Coordinator
/If you’re ready to join an innovative private jet charter/management company, look no further! We are currently in need of an ambitious Logistics Coordinator to help bring us to the next level.
This position will support, passengers, crews and others not listed. This position will provide Trip Watch services for passenger and crew services. Provide accurate and timely flight following notifications for all flights. Logistical coordination of all trips to include our retail, wholesale and sub-contract fights. Create operational control forms for Chief Pilot and Maintenance Control review. Coordinate the aircrafts arrival at each airport and arrange for fuel and handling services. Plan and coordinate international set-up with Universal Weather & Aviation such as, handling, charter, landing permits, slot permissions, weather & flight planning.
Experience and Skills Required
- Strong oral and written communication with attention to detail
- Ability to interact with Aircraft Owners and Crewmembers in a professional manner
- Business Aviation Knowledge a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a team in a cross-functional aviation environment
- FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License (Preferred) but not required·
- Must be able to work some flexible hours
Educational requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Two or more years of Business Aviation knowledge or experience a plus
- Two or more years of Customer Service experience
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Programs, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Flight Operations Systems (FOS) a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment or independently
