ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Aviation Division, based at Lanseria International Airport.
The main objective of the position is the preparation of all aircraft to enable a service experience of high standard, quality and professionalism on a 24 hour basis. (This includes aircraft dispatch and receipt).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure pre and post flight preparations are done on time
- Ensure that the facility is clean at all times and that flight operations stock is controlled effectively
- Assist Lounge and FBO with aircraft arrivals and departures
- Ensure positive communication with all dispatched aircraft and inform relevant personnel of changes in flight schedules
- Carry out flight following as required
- Raise safety & quality assurance matters with relevant manager and enforce any safety and quality assurance recommendations
- Coordinate aircraft ground movement with Flight Line Department
- Assist with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager
REQUIREMENTS
Educational:
- Grade 12
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience:
- 1 Year related experience in the aviation industry or studying towards PPL/CPL
