NATA Schedules More Town Hall Meetings

NATA’s Air Charter Town Hall meetings were introduced in the fall of 2016 to encourage collaboration among the diverse operations found under Part 135 regulations. These nationwide events provide a platform for discussing the pivotal challenges, risks and opportunities faced by this critical aviation business segment.  By connecting with charter operators, regardless of whether or not they are current NATA members, the industry becomes stronger and the association learns important perspectives that help improve its 135 advocacy.

NATA’s Air Charter Committee acknowledges the need to hear from operators of all sizes, “We want to make sure NATA is addressing the key issues operators are facing in these challenging times,” said Tim Obitts NATA’s Executive Vice President of Operation and Business.

To date, NATA town hall meetings have been hosted in Atlanta, Greensboro, West Palm Beach, Chicago and Long Beach.  NATA doesn’t intend to stop there; upcoming town hall meetings are scheduled throughout the balance of the year. Please visit NATA’s website (www.nata.aero) for dates and locations. The challenges facing the air charter community are abundant and yet, common. The industry, as a whole, needs to collaborate to overcome these challenges.
