ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Accounts division, based at Cambridge, United Kingdom.

The role of Aircraft Management Sales is to respond to management leads, generate, track proposals, and provide support and required information to enable effective follow up to leads and prospects.

The role works closely with the VP Europe to grow the aircraft managed fleet in EU. The role also supports Key Account Management as well as other areas of aircraft management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to all aircraft management client enquiries on a timely and professional manner.
  • Produce and provide aircraft management proposals and operational budgets for aircraft.
  • Coordinate the setup of new aircraft, by pursuing leads through to signing. Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure aircraft are transitioned accurately and effectively.
  • Monitor the aircraft management pipeline and following up on prospects.
  • Report regularly to management on these prospects and leads.
  • Monthly customer reporting system – ensure effective and relevant.
  • Liaising internally with all departments and the Key Account Managers.
  • Liaising externally with Client’s/ Reps and Insurers, as required.
  • Responsible for aircraft insurance quotations/renewals/processing/claims handling across the fleet.
  • Any ad hoc projects and tasks as requested by your line Manager.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

  • Background in business aviation
  • Knowledge of all aspects of aircraft operation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable

  • Held similar position previously
  • Well connected in the business aviation community
  • Experience in a sales environment
