ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy within the Maintenance division, based at Lanseria International Airport.

The main purpose of the position is to support the Quality department by implementing a comprehensive audit program and providing an audit function to the department. To act as the Alternate Quality Assurance Manager when required to do so. To effect and maintain an effective Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining and preparing the maintenance quality audit plan
  • Implementing the maintenance quality audit plan
  • Quality Audit Programme implementation and outcome review
  • Verify that all Quality Management documents are effectively controlled
  • Verify that effective records are kept of all subscriptions
  • Communicating with NAA (local and foreign) on Quality / Regulatory related matters as may be required
  • Establishing and Maintaining an Independent Occupational Health and Safety System
  • Promote the Occupational Health and Safety Awareness throughout the organization
  • Assist with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 5 Years’ experience in Aviation
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Quality/Safety Management in Aviation
  • 3 years’ experience in auditing functions

Qualifications

  • Grade12
  • Suitable Tertiary Qualification
  • ISO 9001:2008 QMS Course
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Suitable Management Systems course (Aviation Related)

Statutory Requirements

  • Approval/notification to NAA as required
  • Appointment in terms of the OHS Act
