Richard Dabkowski has been appointed Director of Quality Assurance for the North American maintenance, refurbishment and completions business Flying Colours Corp.  Richard will be based at the company's Peterborough, Ontario facility.

David Lomakin is President of Santa Ana-based charter operator Regency Air, LLC.

Jason Berg is Director of Operations and Chief Pilot for Cove Aviation Partners, Inc.  Cove is a charter operator based in Los Angeles, California.
