Harry Steiner and Rusty Durden have joined forces and formed The Charter Store, a charter brokerage firm headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The Charter Store's primary area of expertise is air cargo.

Jeffrey Reid has been appointed CEO of Wing Aviation, a Houston-based aviation services company.
