Wayne Hundsdorfer has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Satcom Direct, the provider of satellite voice, fax, datalink and Internet communications solution based in satellite Beach, Florida.

Kurt Kuhl joins ARGUS as a Senior Aviation Research Analyst. Kurt will be based in the Cincinnati office.

Gilbert Ricard is President of Avialim, the charter company headquartered in Limoges, France.

Mike Wheat is Director of Operations for Atlanta-based charter company Hill Aircraft and Leasing Corp.
