West Coast Charters Renames Company and Subsidiaries to Support Growth Initiatives

For more than 22 years, West Coast Charters has proudly fulfilled the aviation needs of Southern California’s business community. Owner Gary Standel recently implemented a name change to reflect the company’s growth, which, over the years, has included the addition of aircraft maintenance, fractional shares and aircraft sales and consulting services. West Coast Aviation Services LLC, formerly known as West Coast Charters LLC, is proud to announce four new service-specific divisions, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the new Parent.

West Coast Charters, Inc., operates a diverse fleet of executive charter aircraft ranging from Super Midsize Jets to Turboprops. In business since 1987, West Coast Charters’ aircraft are based in California and Florida.

West Coast Aircraft Maintenance, LLC (WCAM), headquartered in Long Beach, Calif., is a full-service Class III, FAR Part 145 Repair Station providing services on a wide range of business aircraft. The company recently joined the worldwide network of Hawker Beechcraft Authorized Service Centers, focusing on the Bonanza, Baron, King Air and Premier products in the Beechcraft line.

West Coast Aircraft Shares, LLC maintains a fractional fleet of King Air B200s and 350s based at John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) in California. The company sells one-eighth and one-quarter shares of these aircraft and will provide turn-key management and operational services for share owners.

West Coast Aircraft Sales, LLC provides Aircraft Consignment, Brokerage and Acquisition services for virtually any type of business aircraft.
