Pentastar Aviation Ranked Among Industry’s Top Tens

Pentastar Aviation was recently ranked among the top ten FBOs in the United States, according to survey results from two prominent business aviation publications, Aviation International News (AIN) and Professional Pilot Magazine (ProPilot).

Pentastar’s facility at Oakland County International Airport (PTK) was voted #3 on AIN’s list of Best U.S. FBOs. There were 250 facilities included in AIN’s 22nd Annual FBO Survey, which listed the top 40 FBOs. Pentastar has been ranked in the top five FBOs in AIN for three consecutive years.

In addition to the #3 ranking in AIN, ProPilot’s 2009 PRASE survey results ranked Pentastar Aviation as the #2 FBO chain. The Pentastar Aviation chain includes its PTK FBO as well as an FBO at the Van Nuys Airport. Pentastar Aviation – PTK has been ranked in the top five for five consecutive years, including the #1 ranking in 2005 and 2008.
