Port City Air Now Managing Hangars for All Aircraft Types

Port City Air (PCA), a premier FBO located on the coast of New Hampshire, has entered into an agreement with the Pease Development Authority to manage and renovate multiple hangars at Portsmouth International Airport at Pease (KPSM).

Having exceeded its existing storage capacity, this agreement greatly expands PCA’s ability to hangar a multitude of corporate-size aircraft at an attractive price point not typically offered at most Northeast locations.

It also serves as an important milestone in PCA’s ongoing commitment to promote growth at Portsmouth International Airport. More than $2 million of capital improvement will be invested over the course of the next two years for the increase in fuel farm capacity and hangar upgrades.

Three of the four hangars now available are heated and ready for immediate occupancy. Further updated features and aesthetics will be added in the near future. The fourth hangar will undergo extensive refurbishing and plans are under way to begin renovations to ensure winter 2010 occupancy. All hangars can house several aircraft up to and including, the Gulfstream series of aircraft.

Special consideration will be given to potential tenants willing to enter into a pre-construction reservation agreement and for those who are seeking package deals to include office, maintenance support and/or storage space.

Portsmouth International Airport is located on the coast of New Hampshire, minutes from the I-95 corridor and equi-distant from BOS, MHT and PWM.

PCA’s location, infrastructure and support services enable the servicing of all types of operations including all Trans-Atlantic tech stop, cargo and commercial requirements. For further information please contact Lisa Campbell at lcampbell@portcityair.com or 603-430-1111.
