This year’s survey results showed Million Air Dallas securing spot #9 out of America’s 40 Top-rated FBOs (the complete survey included 250 FBOs). In this same report, Million Air Dallas also secured a spot, once again, in the Top 40 Busiest FBOs- Worldwide, amongst the 3,520 FBOs in the U.S. alone. Addison Airport (ADS), where Million Air Dallas is located, also rated in the Top 40 Busiest Business Aviation Airports Worldwide.

The ProPilot PRASE Survey for 2009 announced Million Air Dallas ranked #5, moving up four spots from last year, out of its Top List of U.S. FBOs and will be featured in the July 2009 Issue.

Jack Hopkins, President of Million Air Dallas, said that since opening, Million Air Dallas has set industry-leading standards for service excellence. He said they continually train the crews and personnel to recognize and anticipate ways to accomodate their customers.

"2008 was an outstanding year for Million Air Dallas, expanding our fleet to a current total of 19 aircraft including a Gulfstream G-450," Hopkinds said. "We now have the largest fleet in the Southwest."

Hopkins also said that the $2 million renovation of the facility further enhanced the amenities and helped to keep the FBO as the most prestigious in the industry. Upgrades include marble and granite restrooms, exotic wood paneling and a remodeled front desk in the lobby. With the movie theatre, on-site workout facility, updated conference rooms and BMW courtesy cars, Hopkins said Million Air Dallas offered a world-beating combination of safety, service and style.

Million Air Dallas has been rated platinum by Aviation Research Group/US (ARG/US) since 2006, is a member of the Wyvern Wingman program and is a continued recipient of the Certificate of Excellence “Diamond Award” by the Federal Aviation Administration.
