Metrojet to Develop Indian Business with Tata Group

Taj Air, a part of the Tata Group, and Metrojet announced their intention to form a joint venture offering aircraft maintenance and management services to the growing Indian business aviation market.
The operation, to start with, will be based in Mumbai. The current Taj Air facility will undergo an upgrade whilst a larger, more comprehensive facility will be built at a suitable site.
Taj Air has pioneered business aviation since 1993, bringing the world-renowned service and Indian hospitality of the Taj Hotel's and the reliability of the Tata Group of companies to the business. Taj Air is widely recognized as the premier Indian business aviation brand.

Established in 1995 and part of the Kadoorie Group, Metrojet is a leading operator and maintenance provider of business jets in the region and pioneered business aviation services in Hong Kong.
