Masterjet is Expanding: The Business Aviation Company Develops Its Activities on Le Bourget Airport

Masterjet is a business aviation company, based at Paris Le Bourget airport and other airports worldwide. In recent years, the company has developed its activities in spite of the recession because of its healthy financial situation, fleet development, strong partners, faithful customers and new markets. All lights are green to achieve this ambitious target: becoming one of the most important operators on the European business aviation market.

Masterjet Group, under the personal holding company of Philip Queffelec, Sparfell Aviation Technologies, is one of the leaders in the three areas of business aviation: aircraft trading, aircraft charter and operation consulting, especially for major international banks. In addition to its headquarters in Lisbon and an operational base in Paris Le Bourget, Masterjet is also based in Geneva, London, Jeddah, New Delhi and Malta. The company operates a range of Dassault Falcon, Cessna Citation and Airbus jets.

The company notices that whatever the economic situation, its customers cannot afford to dispense with some travel. Business aviation is their only way to maintain their productivity and cost-effectiveness. Hence, thanks to its customer base’s trust and its financial stability, Masterjet develops its fleet. Several jets are on order, including a Dassault Falcon 2000LX and 7X. By the end of 2009, they should add nine aircraft to the fleet based at Le Bourget and 15 by the end of 2011.

Furthermore, Masterjet plans to have an Airbus A320 Corporate, in a 26-passenger version, available for charter by the end of 2010. It will be public transport certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency, the first time for such a configuration (bedroom, lounge ...). All Masterjet’s aircraft are very recent, which gives the company a large competitive advantage.

Masterjet is also aligning itself with strong business partners. It is becoming the official partner of Fokker Services for the marketing of MRO (maintenance) and completion products, and the subsidiary of Air France selected Masterjet as the best partner to support in the provision of consultancy services dedicated to business aviation: finance, operations, training.
