Landmark Aviation Announces Acquisition

Landmark Aviation announces its acquisition of the assets of Odyssey Aviation.
“This acquisition expands our presence in the Midwest and Southeast and enhances our network capabilities to better service our customers,” said Dan Bucaro, Landmark Aviation President and CEO.
With locations in Cincinnati, Ohio (LUK), Columbus, Ohio (CMH), Chicago, Ill. (MDW), Asheville, N.C. (AVL), Charleston, S.C. (CHS), Lafayette, La. (LFT), and New Orleans, La. (NEW), the Odyssey acquisition complements Landmark’s existing network and supports its growth strategy. This acquisition brings its network to 47 locations.
