Jet Logistics Receives FAA Approval for Worldwide Operations Via NAT/MNPS

Jet Logistics Inc., a Raleigh, North Carolina-based aircraft management and charter operator (FAA #ZP7A427J, IS-BAO Registered, ARG/US Gold, Wyvern Pass Ready), announced it has received FAA approval to operate within the North Atlantic Minimum Navigation Performance Specifications (NAT/MNPS) airspace. The approval, which is held by only a fraction of the more than 2,000 FAR 135 certificate holders nationwide, expands Jet Logistics’ ability to more efficiently operate charter and air ambulance flights for its customers to destinations worldwide, including Europe and Bermuda.

“With our North Carolina base, IS-BAO certified SMS program, extensive operational experience flying customers to island destinations and this recent NAT/MNPS approval, Jet Logistics is ideally positioned to manage the needs of charter, air medical and aircraft management clients operating to/from the Caribbean, including Bermuda, the Bahamas, Leeward and Windward islands,” said company Founder and President W. Ashley Smith, Jr.

Smith also said that the NAT/MNPS approval not only recognized the company’s operational capabilities, but also would translate into shorter, more direct and cost-efficient services for its customers' to and from destinations that cross the Atlantic.
