Jet Professionals Expands Crew Advantage Membership Program Globally

Jet Professionals, the global aviation staffing company and wholly owned subsidiary of Jet Aviation, has extended the scope and reach of its Crew Advantage membership program. The program now covers not only The Americas, but also the EMEA and Asia regions. In addition, the company has launched a new Crew Advantage Premium program. While both the Standard and Premium programs offer aviation professionals attractive discounts on training and insurance, Premium members will also enjoy the benefit of priority consideration for relevant positions as well as resume rewriting services.

Created to support crew members in their careers, the Crew Advantage Standard and Premium programs provide crews with training discounts worldwide to assist them in achieving their career-development goals costeffectively. Both the Crew Advantage Standard and Premium programs offer a number of benefits, including course selection assistance in conjunction with industry-leading flight training companies, plus unlimited access to initial and recurrent training programs at significant discounts.

The program also provides health benefits. In The Americas, Standard and Premium Crew Advantage participants and their families can enroll in the CIGNA insurance program, which offers medical, term life insurance and supplemental dental and vision plans. Similar discounted benefit programs are available to Crew Advantage members in the EMEA & Asia regions through other insurance providers. In addition to the Standard benefits package, Crew Advantage Premium members will be offered priority consideration for relevant positions as well as resume rewriting services once a year.

To participate in Crew Advantage, individuals must first meet the strict requirements met by all crews who use Jet Professionals’ career services, including full documentation of their qualifications and passage of a comprehensive background screening. A nominal yearly membership fee is required to join Crew Advantage, however the career services of Jet Professionals are offered at no charge.
