G.ops Celebrated its 1000th Ops of the Year

G.ops, one of the fastest growing companies in Ops, announced its 1000th ops support on a French Business Airport (March 22, 2008-April, 10, 2009). The flight was operated by FirstFlight on April 2nd for a sold-out blockbuster rock band world tour.

G.ops CEO, Karim Berrandou, said that the aircraft, which was a state-of-the-art Gulfstream G500, departed from LFPT (Pontoise), heading to KCLE (Cleveland, OH), at 23:56z right after the Paris Downtown show. "For this very special flight, we supervised the whole process of ground services requested," Berrandou said. "Now, it seems really obvious that our operations support & supervision services are more than capable of ensuring the highest standards at each and every step."

Berrandou also said that the G.ops operational center, located in the busiest French airport (CDG), has every account representative dedicated to a flight to make sure that they are extremely reactive and flexible to any kinds of customer requests., whether it be in English, Russian, Arabic or Spanish.

G.ops team members also supervise seasonal destinations as LFLB/LFLS/LFLP in winter time and LFMN/LFMD in summer. "This 1000th ops support has a very special endeavor: FirstFlight is the last one of our new customers from 2008," he said. "It is probably because we strive to achieve the same seamless efficiency on the ground that FirstFlight provide in the sky and that they trust us. We hope to do repeated business with them."
