Elite Aviation Opens Kitchen to the Public by Launching Elite Catering and the EA Café

Elite Aviation, LLC. a part-135 charter operator based in Van Nuys, Calif., is opening its kitchen to the general public and is now offering catering services to clients at the Van Nuys Airport as Elite Catering. Elite Aviation has been supplying catering for its own aircraft for the last two and a half years.

“It is a natural evolution to start supplying catering for other companies,” said Elite’s Director of Business Development, Geoff Savage. “By making our own catering in-house, we’ve been able to carefully control both quality and cost for our customers. This philosophy has served us well internally, so we intend to continue to follow it will our clients.”

There will not be a delivery charge for any orders going to the Van Nuys Airport. The Elite Catering menu can be viewed online at: http://www.eliteaviation.com/EliteCateringColorw.pdf.

Even if you’re not flying somewhere on a private jet, you can still enjoy the services of the Elite kitchen by ordering from the EA Café. Breakfast and lunch are served daily Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. with frequent daily specials. Meals can be ordered to go, for delivery, or you can enjoy your meal in Elite’s employee lounge.
