Avinode Adds Helicopters

In the latest expansion of its online suite of tools Avinode, the world’s largest B2B marketplace for buying and selling charter flights, will now have helicopters in its system. This added functionality will accommodate trip requests for both single and twin engine helicopters globally, allowing for searches from any airport, heliport, region or address. Based upon a given trip itinerary, Avinode will present available helicopters within a given radius, along with photos, hourly rates, certifications, range and proximity to the requested departure.

In keeping with its aim of streamlining and facilitating the workflow and business of air charter professionals, Avinode kept in touch with both operators and brokers during the development process to make sure that this initiative “hit the mark,” in the words of Director of Sales Johan Sjoberg.
