Metrojet Achieves Bermuda BDCA Approval as an Aircraft Maintenance Organization

Metrojet is pleased to announce its enhanced support of corporate aviation with its Bermuda Aircraft Maintenance Organization (BDA/AMO 318) approval. Metrojet’s maintenance department is a certified repair station with approvals from the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department, the United States Federal Aviation Administration, and is also authorized to carry out maintenance in aircraft registered in various other countries, including China and Macau.

With a maintenance staff of nearly 60 people, Metrojet is now also authorized to issue and sign annual renewals for Certificates of Airworthiness as well as importation for Bermuda registered aircraft. “This achievement further strengthens Metrojet’s role as a leading provider of world class maintenance service for business jets in the region,” said Chris Buchholz, CEO of Metrojet Limited.

Metrojet is a Full Authorized Gulfstream Warranty Repair Facility as well as an authorized Bombardier AOG/Line Maintenance Facility for Global, Challenger, and Learjet aircraft. Its highly qualified and experienced type-rated Avionics and Airframe engineers have ratings on Gulfstream, Bombardier, Hawker Beechcraft, Falcon, Cessna Citation, Boeing and other aircraft.
