Boomerang Air Charter located in Bonner Springs, Kansas has announced that it will open a new location in Saint Augustine at the Northeast Florida Regional Airport (KSGJ) and local resident and business executive Elliot Mintzer will be named Director of Aviation and Chief Pilot to run this operation for business/personal air charter travel. Beginning December 1, 2012 Boomerang charter air travel will be available from Northeast Florida Regional Airport.

Mintzer currently owns and operates MySky Aviation Solutions, LLC which specializes in aviation services such as aircraft management and charter marketing. Mintzer holds commercial aviation certificates and has extensive flight hours in turboprop and piston aircraft. MySky Aviation Solutions, LLC will provide marketing for the Northeast Florida area.
