Position Summary

Charter Sales Representatives are responsible for growing revenue from both jet charter sales and jet
card membership sales. A successful candidate will be expected to have excellent negotiation and
prospecting skills, must demonstrate an overall high motivation for selling, have top-notch presentation
skills, & a high energy level. We are looking for individuals that can work independently and are selfmotivated,
outgoing, well-organized, and personable. Charter Sales Representatives will be required to
handle the complete sales cycle of a private jet flight starting with the initial opportunity, qualification,
needs analysis process, quoting, and client services aspect of the flight. Candidates will learn and
understand the private jet charter world as well as the client's selection criteria which will help them
build and maintain a successful client relationship. Only self-motivated individuals with a desire
to close will succeed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Solicit external clients for on demand charter sales & jet card membership sales.
Identify, qualify, develop leads and relationships with C-Level executives, executive assistants,
and high net-worth individuals.
Manage and maintain all sales leads generated by company sales and marketing efforts.
Successfully manage new and existing prospects through the sales cycle.
Must provide prompt & accurate price quoting to customers & follow up on each quote to
determine final result.
Constantly update & maintain an accurate customer preference database utilizing company
CRM software.
Foster and develop relationships with customers and industry personnel to promote goodwill
and generate new business.
Represent the company in a professional manner at industry/marketing events if necessary.


High commissions / salary paid based on industry experience. Negotiable

Education C Experience C Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of equivalent work / sales experience is required.
Degree in aviation related or Sales/Marketing field is preferred but not required. Prior
experience in private jet charter sales or other luxury sales is also preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Excellent computer skills including CRM knowledge
Work in a remote (virtual) environment
