Charter Services Coordinator

ExcelAire LLC, based in Ronkonkoma, NY (KISP) is seeking a qualified customer service professional to assure charter travel satisfaction of all customers, including aircraft owners, retail customers, and charter brokers. The primary responsibilities of this position are the ability to promptly and professionally service internal and external customers through preparation and communication of charter quotations, trip sheets, schedule changes and other operational issues. Applicants must be extremely detail oriented, patient and resourceful in order to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently. Effective communication skills and the ability to be prepared for the unexpected are key: you must be proactive to obtain crucial client/trip information and diligent in disbursing any specifics/changes among the team, as well as confirmations back to associated parties.

We prefer candidates who possess an FAA Aircraft Dispatchers License or Pilots license, plus General Aviation, Corporate Travel, hospitality or customer service experience with high profile clentele!

Must be flexible to alternate shifts and work OT as necessary. Five or more years of office experience including heavy phones, MS OfficeSuite, Email and Internet proficiency required. FOS experience would be a huge plus!
